Eduardo Hauser

Eduardo was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, where every celebration started in la cocina. After earning law degrees from UCAB and Duke, he spent three decades building companies at the intersection of media, tech, and food, leading brands like Food Network and Discovery. But deep down, he always knew food was his true calling.

Eduardo is the heart and vision of SIPSOPA, blending authentic flavors with modern food science. He speaks fluent Spanglish and listens to La Billo’s Caracas Boys, classic merengue, and ’80s remixes, but often listens to music solo, because no one else in the family likes his musical taste.

Augusto Moronta

Born in Caracas, Augusto’s business chops were sharpened at Universidad Metropolitana—and then “went to school in Boston” (code words for those humble folks that went to Harvard - IYKYK). With 20+ years of leadership across the U.S. and LATAM, Augusto turns start-ups into seven-figure success stories.

From launching brands to building digital marketing teams and sealing PE deals, he’s done it all. He’s a former McKinsey and Telefónica strategy pro and now a serial entrepreneur who loves mentoring teams and scaling bold ideas.

Carlos Rodríguez

Carlos Rodríguez has been cooking up magic since before he could reach the stove. Born in Caracas into a family of culinary pros, he blends Le Cordon Bleu training with recipes passed down from his mom and abuela. He’s worked at culinary powerhouses like Central in Lima (under Virgilio Martínez), Lima in London, and as executive chef at Rosa Negra in Mexico. He’s lived (and cooked) in Caracas, Miami, Mexico, Lima, New York, and London, and now brings his flavor genius to SIPSOPA™.

Carlos’s mission? Besides saving Eduardo from getting food poisoning, it’s to deliver bold, authentic flavors in every cup.

Jesús Rodríguez-Calvo

Also born in Caracas, Jesús brings 25+ years of food and beverage hustle, scaling sales and marketing for big-league brands like PepsiCo, Kraft Heinz, Nestlé, Diageo, and more.

From leading sales at Goya and Del Monte Fresh to building high-performing teams across LATAM, he’s known for making numbers soar—and for building customer relationships that stick.

A UCAB grad in Economics and an FIU post-Grad in Finance and Marketing, Jesús is fluent in English, Spanish, and the universal language of food.

Janet Torres

Janet is a sales powerhouse who turns “maybe” into “absolutely”—and makes it fun. With an MBA from Auburn, a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico, and an Executive Scholars Program from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, she’s sharp, savvy, and always ready to roll. Janet has built multimillion-dollar accounts for brands like Hershey, Nestlé, Lindt, and Nursery Water, mastering trade promos, C-suite pitches, and contract negotiations.

Born in South Florida and fluent in Spanglish, Natalia Hauser is a storyteller at heart—whether she’s crafting content for her 300k+ social media community, consulting brands on digital strategy, or building beauty campaigns at Westman Atelier.

A proud Duke alum, she’s worked with brands like Target, LinkedIn, and Amazon Music, and has been featured in Cosmopolitan, Bloomberg, and the WSJ for her perspective on the creator economy.

By day, she blends brand magic and marketing know-how. By night (and sometimes in between), she helps bring the SIPSOPA™ story to life.

Ana Sofía Casado

Born in Caracas and raised in South Florida, Ana Sofía earned a double major in Business (Brand Management) and Communication Studies from Northeastern University. She's a triple threat: sharp analysis, creative storytelling, and a nose for trends. With experience at OO & Co., Fanizzi & Co., and TJX, she focuses on connecting brands and customers through strategic campaigns and events.

Her superpower? Making content so engaging that even your abuela wants to share it. Also, Sofi’s laugh is the most contagious sound at SIPSOPA™—just sayin’.

We didn’t invent these flavors, we inherited them. Each soup recipe started in a real kitchen, with real memories and real sazón.
