Shipping policy

Effective Date: January 20, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the SIPSOPA website and is incorporated by reference into the SIPSOPA Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and any other customer-facing content, the Terms of Service and this Policy shall control.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

SIPSOPA currently ships within the fifty (50) contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, or other operational constraints, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, customers will be notified via email using the contact information provided at checkout.

3. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

SIPSOPA uses trusted third-party carriers to deliver orders, including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, USPS, and shipping intermediaries selected to secure competitive rates.

Standard delivery typically occurs within one (1) to seven (7) business days after an order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

SIPSOPA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, peak shipping seasons, incorrect address information, or other events outside of our reasonable control.

4. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location, order size, and selected shipping method. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once an order ships, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to appear.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY AND RISK OF LOSS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. SIPSOPA is not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the carrier.
